The new Japan Radio IC audio amplifier 386BD. This IC, rated at 1000mw, will replace the LM386N-1 (250mw), LM386N-3 (500mw) and LM386N-4 (1000mw) and is packaged in an 8 pin dip. This amp is well suited for battery operated projects. Has built in power gain of 20 times. By using some of its other features the gain can be increased to 200.
