If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund or replacement. Some exclusions apply, see non-returnable items below for details.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You must have a receipt, invoice or packing slip for the purchase of the item.
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you with the status of the refund.
If your refund is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The amount refunded will be the original purchase price of the item. Shipping is not refundable.
You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you with the status of the replacement.
If your replacement is approved, I will ship replacement items within 2 business days to the original address associated with the originating order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are receiving a replacement item due to a defect or damaged item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement. Replacement shipping limited to once per order.

There are no returns or refunds on wire sales, all wire sales are final. Items that are returned because they are un-deliverable, unclaimed, refused and wrong address etc. can be resent with the re-payment of shipping.
